Children’s Defense Fund–California Hires Patricia Soung to Lead Juvenile Justice Work

LOS ANGELES, CA – Children's Defense Fund-California (CDF-CA) announced Thursday that Patricia Soung has joined the organization as its new Senior Staff Attorney and Senior Policy Associate.
